Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) - Phase I

Phase I : This Phase consists of a written/computer generated (interactive) Baseline Survey with close-ended questions. The questions are formulated so that Quality, Timeliness and Value are being measured. All of the questions are linked to Security Assistance's six core functions. The survey questions are evaluated on a value based system, i.e. on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being excellent. Phase I will be performed on an annual basis during the First Quarter of each Fiscal Year
